At vorgyronphiphrax, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our tailoring services. This Return Policy outlines our approach to addressing any concerns you may have with completed work.
Our Satisfaction Commitment
We take pride in the quality of our tailoring work. If you are not completely satisfied with alterations or repairs we have performed, please inform us immediately upon collection so we can address your concerns. We will work with you to ensure the results meet your expectations.
Adjustment Policy
If alterations do not fit as expected, we offer the following:
- Free adjustments within 7 days of collection for minor fitting issues
- Re-evaluation and correction of work if it does not match the agreed specifications
- Consultation with our senior tailor to find the best solution
Please bring the garment back to our studio along with your receipt. Adjustments will be made as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days.
Conditions for Adjustments
Free adjustments are provided when:
- The issue is identified within 7 days of collection
- The garment has not been washed, dry-cleaned, or altered elsewhere
- The issue relates directly to our workmanship or the agreed alterations
- The original receipt is presented
Limitations
Please note that we cannot offer adjustments or refunds for:
- Changes to your preferences after the work has been completed as agreed
- Damage caused after collection due to wear, washing, or external factors
- Garments altered or repaired by another party after our work
- Natural characteristics of the fabric that affect the final result
- Weight fluctuations or body changes after fitting
Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of tailoring services, refunds are generally not offered once work has been completed. However, in exceptional circumstances where we are unable to correct an issue to your satisfaction, we will consider partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Uncollected Garments
Completed garments must be collected within 30 days of the notification that they are ready. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you. After 30 days:
- Storage fees may apply at £2 per day
- Garments uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of or donated
- We cannot be held responsible for garments left beyond 90 days
Membership Returns
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun. However, if you experience significant issues with our service as a member, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We value our members and will work to find a satisfactory resolution.

- Visit our studio with the garment and receipt within 7 days
