Our Services
vorgyronphiphrax provides clothing tailoring, alterations, and repair services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Garment alterations including hemming, taking in, letting out, and resizing
- Repairs such as zipper replacement, button replacement, and seam repair
- Custom tailoring and bespoke fitting services
- Leather and suede alterations and care
- Wedding and formal wear alterations
Service Agreement
When you bring a garment to us for service, a verbal or written agreement is formed based on the discussed work and quoted price. We will provide an estimate before beginning any work. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required and will be communicated before proceeding.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your requirements and preferences
- Informing us of any special care instructions for your garments
- Collecting completed garments within 30 days of notification
- Inspecting completed work at the time of collection
- Raising any concerns about completed work promptly
Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are estimates and may be subject to change based on the actual work required. Payment is due upon collection of completed garments. We accept cash, major credit cards, and contactless payments. Membership discounts apply automatically for enrolled members.
Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the work and current workload. We will provide an estimated completion date when you drop off your garment. Rush services may be available for an additional fee. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Liability
While we take the utmost care with every garment, we cannot be held liable for:
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed at drop-off
- Damage resulting from the inherent nature of worn or fragile fabrics
- Colour changes or shrinkage that may occur during normal handling
- Loss or damage to items left beyond 30 days after notification
Our liability is limited to the reasonable value of the service provided or the garment's current market value, whichever is lower.
